Role Overview

Deeplay is a product IT company that develops systems and solutions in the field of intellectual games. The team is looking for an Account Manager to work with B2B clients, develop long-term relationships, and identify growth opportunities for clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with B2B clients• Respond to inquiries, clarify needs, and support clients• Analyze key performance indicators and client results• Identify patterns, problems, and growth opportunities• Prepare recommendations for improving results• Independently resolve typical client issues• Escalate complex cases within the team• Participate in improving client processes and service

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B clients as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role• English language proficiency from B1 level• Confident command of Google Docs and Google Sheets• Skills in working with tables, filters, and basic formulas• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions• Quick learner and adaptable to new tasks• Proactive in suggesting improvements for clients and processes• Experience in IT products or SaaS (a plus)• Experience in client analytics and working with metrics (a plus)• Skills in building long-term client relationships (a plus)
