4. Employer Obligations

Companies utilizing our platform must ensure that their job postings are accurate and that their operations comply with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions. We reserve the right to remove any employer who violates our B2B compliance standards.

5. Liability Limitation

AFF jobs acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers, the performance of candidates, or any direct/indirect damages arising from the use of our service.

6. Modifications
