Role Overview
An international IT company specializing in digital entertainment and interactive products is actively seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key B2B partners
• Analyze financial performance and collaboration effectiveness
• Oversee integration processes and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Actively engage in up-sell and cross-sell strategies to expand the partner portfolio
• Maintain client data within the CRM system and prepare regular reports
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in client service or an Account Management role
• Practical experience with invoicing and financial documentation
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Advanced English language skills (C1 level or higher)
