Role Overview
This role involves managing advertising accounts for media buyers and agencies on major advertising platforms. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact, providing quick responses and resolving issues. Most of the workday will be spent in chats. A strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem is essential for providing accurate and timely support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide fast and effective support via chat, and occasionally video calls, in line with company standards
• Onboard new clients, introduce them to the service, set expectations, and build trust from day one
• Issue and manage advertising accounts, handle appeals, monitor status and spend, and facilitate ID verifications
• Resolve account issues (bans, unblocks, proxy errors) and keep clients informed
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and assist in retaining existing clients
• Track patterns in account performance and client behavior, highlighting insights to improve products or processes
• Collaborate closely with other departments
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in performance marketing or digital media buying is mandatory
• In-depth understanding of how advertising accounts operate
• English language proficiency B2 and above (written and spoken)
• Proficient Ukrainian language skills
• Ability to work comfortably and independently across different shifts
