Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager / Client Relations Manager to join our proactive team. This role involves managing and scaling advertiser relationships, conducting negotiations, and ensuring efficient document flow. You will analyze key performance indicators, identify new growth opportunities, and collaborate with the internal team to resolve operational issues.

• Managing and scaling advertiser relationships
• Supporting chats and conducting negotiations
• Handling document flow, reconciliations, and accounts receivable
• Analyzing current metrics and identifying new growth opportunities
• Collaborating with the team
• Resolving emerging issues and tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
• Attentiveness and ability to work with large volumes of data
• English language proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills: ability to reach agreements and support partners
• Proficient computer skills and information retrieval, ability to quickly master new tools
• Optimism, developed emotional intelligence, and responsibility
• Experience in CPA networks is a plus
