Role Overview
A product company operating in the fintech and pharma sectors is looking for an Account Manager. Our primary focus is currently on creating and developing a virtual card platform for media buyers and an account farming service.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide fast and effective support in accordance with company standards via chat, and conduct demo calls upon request• Re-engage and retain inactive clients through proactive communications• Closely interact with other departments to promptly resolve client issues• Identify areas for improving customer experience and optimizing processes
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the affiliate marketing sector• Experience in affiliate marketing or launching advertising campaigns will be a significant advantage• English level B2 and above (written and spoken)• Fluent Ukrainian language• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to provide high-quality service• Ability to show initiative and solve problems independently
