Role Overview

A full-cycle marketing agency is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the key liaison between clients and the team. The agency handles projects across various niches nationwide, offering services in SMM, targeted advertising, content marketing, integrated promotion, and marketing strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming inquiries and conduct initial briefings with potential clients. • Prepare commercial proposals and calculate service costs. • Present solutions to clients and support the deal closing process. • Full client management at all stages of cooperation and building long-term relationships. • Coordinate the work of internal specialists and assign tasks via the CRM system. • Monitor task completion deadlines and the quality of services provided. • Coordinate content, reports, and work results with clients. • Prepare weekly and monthly project reports. • Independently resolve current work issues and manage communication in non-standard situations. • Participate in the development of internal agency processes and propose improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in client service, sales, or marketing. • Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Developed communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. • High level of organization and systematic approach to work. • Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for results. • Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and presentation tools. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Desire to develop in project and team management. • Advantageous: experience in independently closing deals. • Advantageous: basic understanding of digital marketing, including SMM, targeted advertising, and content marketing. • Advantageous: experience with CRM systems. • Advantageous: strong visual sense, good aesthetic taste, and understanding of modern digital trends.
