Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Ads Sales Manager to attract new advertisers and onboard high-quality publishers/affiliates in the Russia and CIS markets for our digital entertainment platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Attracting new advertisers in the interactive entertainment sector and related verticals (UA/performance);
• Onboarding and activating publishers / affiliates (in-app, push, native, CTV);
• Building and developing a pipeline (new brands + active publishers);
• Closing deals based on CPA / Hybrid models;
• Generating and scaling revenue.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in affiliate sales within the digital entertainment industry (gaming platforms/sports analytics);
• Strong network of contacts: advertisers and affiliates;
• Proven experience in closing deals and onboarding partners;
• Understanding of CPA/Hybrid models, traffic sources (in-app, CTV), MMP, and the digital ecosystem;
• Results-oriented approach and focus on new business acquisition;
• English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
