Role Overview
We are a rapidly growing digital entertainment company focused on performance marketing and international markets. We are actively developing our product, scaling operations, testing new hypotheses, and currently seeking a strong Affiliate Lead who is ready to impact results and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and scale affiliate traffic in priority markets (including Turkey)• Build and manage an affiliate network: webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks• Establish a system for evaluating traffic quality and partner effectiveness• Achieve and fulfill KPIs: FTD, cFTD, ROAS• Negotiate with key partners and finalize agreements• Search for new acquisition channels and growth opportunities• Analytics, reporting, forecasting
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the affiliate sector within digital entertainment• Understanding of traffic economics and metrics (FTD, cFTD, ROAS)• Ability to scale profitable sources• Strong negotiation skills and partner relationship development• Experience with the Turkish market is a plus• Experience working within a product (operator) is a plus• Having your own contact base is a plus• Experience building an affiliate department from scratch is a plus
