Role Overview
Scale our performance marketing network in LATAM and drive growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and onboard partners (media buyers, influencers, webmasters, Telegram/WhatsApp networks).
• Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, Hybrid, RevShare).
• Monitor performance metrics: clicks, FTD, NGR, and ROI.
• Optimize campaigns, test creatives, and ensure traffic quality and anti-fraud control.
