Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and scale our partner network. You will be responsible for attracting new webmasters and working with the existing partner base in the RU, UZ, KZ, PL markets, as well as analyzing and optimizing traffic for our interactive entertainment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and attract new webmasters and partners (GEO: RU, UZ, KZ, PL)
• Work with the existing partner base: development, retention, scaling
• Analyze traffic quality and effectiveness, collaborate with analytics team
• Onboard, support, and optimize partners within the tracker
• Monitor partners' KPI fulfillment
• Scale successful traffic sources
• Monitor the market, competitors, and offers
• Participate in industry conferences and offline meetings (2–3 times a year)
• Work with various traffic sources: SEO, PPC, ASO, In-App, Telegram, Streamers, Influencers, Facebook
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the digital entertainment industry
• Practical and current experience working with the RU / CIS market
• Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics
• Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters
• Skills in traffic analytics and working with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.)
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Self-reliance, results-orientation, proactivity
