Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to focus on the Bangladesh and Nepal markets. This remote position offers a competitive salary plus performance-based incentives (KPI).
Key Responsibilities
• Search for new affiliate partners to drive user acquisition for the product. • Train partners on how to effectively use their personal accounts. • Create and distribute referral links and promotional codes, evaluate their effectiveness, and improve results. • Maximize company profits through strategic partnership activities. • Maintain ongoing communication with partners and recommend strategy adjustments.
Requirements & Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in the affiliate marketing field. • Fluency in the local language (Bengali or Nepali). • Good command of English (minimum B2 Level) for internal communication.
