Role Overview
AVK Group, an international digital entertainment company with its own gaming platform brands, is seeking an Affiliate Manager for its Prague office. This role involves developing the affiliate direction in Tier-1 GEOs and working with high-quality affiliate partners. The primary focus is on achieving stable traffic growth, collaborating with webmasters, and improving performance metrics such as ROI, FTD, and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Attract and develop affiliate partners, including webmasters, media buyers, and SEO specialists
• Work with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Manage and optimize traffic in Tier-1 GEOs
• Analyze partner effectiveness and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in international digital entertainment conferences and expand professional network
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to enhance overall performance
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the digital entertainment industry
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs
• English language proficiency B1+ (for business correspondence and communication)
• Strong focus on metrics and performance
