Role Overview
We are an international digital entertainment company with a team of over 110 people, developing 5 products for the global market. Two of our key products have been successfully operating for over 5 and 10 years and continue to actively scale. We work fully remotely, value independence, initiative, and offer long-term development in the digital entertainment industry. The company offers fully remote work, working hours aligned with Cyprus time (9:00–18:00) with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities
• Developing and scaling the affiliate direction in the digital entertainment sector.• Searching, attracting, and onboarding new affiliate partners.• Managing existing partners and building long-term relationships.• Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).• Controlling traffic quality, effectiveness, and ROI.• Optimizing funnels in collaboration with product and marketing teams.• Analyzing metrics, preparing reports, and providing growth recommendations.• Ensuring compliance with brand requirements, compliance, and regulatory restrictions.• Identifying new growth points and testing new traffic sources.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the digital entertainment sector for 2+ years.• Mandatory experience working with Tier-1 GEOs.• Understanding of affiliate models, traffic sources, and monetization principles.• Experience in negotiations and working with partner terms.• English language — C1 level (daily communication with partners).• Analytical thinking, results-oriented.• Skills for independent work in a remote format.• Established affiliate base (a plus).• Experience working with large affiliate networks and direct partners (a plus).• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the digital entertainment sector (a plus).
