Role Overview
A rapidly growing CPA team specializing in high-margin digital finance and entertainment verticals is seeking a strong Affiliate Manager. This role focuses on scaling the partner network and driving profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and leverage an existing base of webmasters (key focus).• Onboard and activate new partners effectively.• Monitor and ensure the quality and volume of traffic.• Cultivate and retain top-performing partners.• Establish and maintain long-term, robust partner relationships.• Work across diverse traffic sources including FB, PPC, SEO, In-App, and Influencer marketing.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, specifically within digital finance and entertainment.• Possess a personal network or database of webmasters.• Strong understanding of unit economics and profit generation strategies.• Proven experience managing significant traffic volumes and budgets.• Demonstrated ability to scale and retain affiliate partners.• Proactive approach and a strong results-oriented mindset.
