Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop our partner program in the digital interactive platforms sector. You will be responsible for finding and attracting new partners, as well as scaling profitable traffic sources.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and connect new partners, webmasters, influencers, and traffic teams• Develop the partner program: CPA, RevShare, hybrid models• Conduct negotiations, agree on terms, and control traffic quality• Analyze partner effectiveness: registrations, payments, CAC, LTV, ROI• Scale profitable sources and disconnect low-quality traffic
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in affiliate / performance marketing for 1+ year• Experience with interactive digital products / AI partner verticals• Ability to independently find partners and bring them to launch• Own base of partners / webmasters / networks
