Role Overview
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our interactive entertainment product team. The main task is to develop the partner network in the CIS market and attract high-quality traffic.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively search for and attract new partners;• Work through Telegram, specialized chats, and affiliate platforms;• Conduct negotiations and handle objections;• Agree on cooperation terms and motivate partners to drive traffic to CIS GEO;• Support partners until the first deal;• Hand over partners for further work to the team;• Maintain a partner database and control your communication funnel.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the interactive entertainment sector for 6+ months;• Understanding of the CIS market specifics and audience;• Experience in sales and cold communications;• Skill in literate and engaging correspondence;• Ability to build communication from scratch;• Readiness to work at an active pace and independently initiate dialogue.
