Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager• Understanding of traffic and its optimization• Knowledge of models: CPA / CPL / RevShare / Hybrid / Flat Fee• Experience working with various GEOs• English language proficiency at B2 level• Strong negotiation skills (a plus)• Own database of advertisers and partners, personal agreements and exclusive conditions (a plus)• Leadership skills and focus on scale (a plus)
