Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to work with LATAM and Tier-1 markets. This role involves independently searching for, attracting, and developing new partners, as well as managing existing relationships to achieve key performance indicators within the interactive entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently search for, attract, and develop new partners; • Manage and optimize current partner relationships; • Work with SEO, webmasters, influencers, and streamers.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the interactive entertainment industry; • Experience working with LATAM and Tier-1 GEOs; • Experience in independently searching for, attracting, and developing partners; • Preferably, having your own partner base; • Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models; • Experience working with SEO, webmasters, influencers, and streamers; • Knowledge of FTD, NGR, ARPU, LTV, Retention metrics; • English language proficiency at B1+ level.
