Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong focus on the LATAM and Argentina markets. This role involves developing and expanding the affiliate network within the digital entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including SEO specialists, Telegram channels, Instagram influencers, webmasters, CPA networks, and streamers.• Analyze key performance indicators such as FTD, NGR, ROI, LTV, and traffic quality.• Independently develop and scale the Argentina GEO from scratch.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate management or the digital entertainment industry.• Proven experience working with the Argentina market and launching new GEOs from scratch.• A strong existing network of affiliate partners in Argentina.• Familiarity with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid payment models.• Spanish language proficiency is a significant plus.• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.• Experience with X-platforms is a plus.
