Role Overview
An international digital entertainment brand is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and scale its partner network.
Key Responsibilities
• Search, attract, and onboard new partners (webmasters, performance marketing teams, influencers, media partners)• Develop the existing partner network• Negotiate CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models• Analyze traffic quality and effectiveness• Scale successful partnerships• Prepare reports and analytics• Participate in conferences and industry events
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the digital entertainment sector for 2+ years• Experience working with one or more regions: MENA, Asia, Africa, LatAm• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models• Negotiation skills and ability to develop partner relationships• English language proficiency for working with international partners• Having your own partner base will be an advantage
