Role Overview
An international product project in the interactive entertainment sector with its own platform, focused on scaling. The team is distributed with a remote-first culture, emphasizing quick decisions and growth through partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and attract new webmasters and partners (GEO: CIS, priority — RU).• Develop and retain the current partner base.• Full cycle of work with partners: onboarding, launch, optimization, scaling.• Analyze traffic quality and source effectiveness.• Monitor KPIs (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.) and work on their improvement.• Connect partners and provide support in the tracker.• Scale successful bundles and traffic sources.• Monitor the market, competitors, and offers.• Participate in industry conferences and networking (2–3 times a year).• Main traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Email.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in the interactive entertainment sector for 2–3 years.• Practical experience working with the RU / CIS market.• Understanding of key traffic sources and their specifics.• Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters.• Proficient in working with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.).• Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.• Independence, proactivity, results-orientation.
