Role Overview
The 404 Team is looking for an Affiliate Manager / Scout to attract new partners and scale traffic sources for interactive entertainment projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and attract webmasters, performance marketing teams, and agencies
• Conduct negotiations, present the platform, and support partner onboarding
• Agree on cooperation terms (CPA, CPL, RevShare)
• Analyze the market, competitors, and seek new lead generation channels
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing or B2B sales for 1+ year
• Understanding of the CPA market, monetization models, and traffic sources (Facebook, Google, TikTok, ASO, SEO)
• Possess a personal contact base for a quick start
• Ability to build long-term partnership relationships
