Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager, Team Lead, or Head of Affiliates to join our international team. This role involves developing and managing affiliate partnerships, as well as optimizing traffic for our digital entertainment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Search, attract, and develop new partners to promote our digital entertainment products. • Analyze traffic quality and monitor key performance indicator (KPI) achievement. • Work with various payment models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed. • For Team Lead / Head of Affiliates positions: manage the team and establish effective work processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing for digital entertainment platforms. • Experience working with Africa and/or MENA markets; experience with CIS, India, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan is also welcome. • Understanding of various traffic sources: SEO, webmasters, influencers, streamers, in-app. • Knowledge and experience with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed models. • English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
