Role Overview
An international product company in digital entertainment, developing its own products across more than 50 GEOs. The team operates with a strong internal infrastructure, analytics, and well-established processes. Due to expansion, we are looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to head the development of the partnership direction in the Polish market.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing the partnership direction• Searching, onboarding, and developing partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers)• Monitoring traffic quality and key metrics (FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV)• Conducting negotiations on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models• Analyzing the effectiveness of the affiliate network, identifying new growth points, and scaling GEOs• Participating in team and internal process development
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working in a product company within the digital entertainment sector• Mandatory experience working with capper / influencer / streamer traffic• Experience developing an affiliate network in the Poland GEO• Deep understanding of FTD, Regs, LTV, ROI, baseline, and wager• Experience working with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models• Experience in team management and achieving KPIs• Polish and English - B2 level or higher
