• Searching for and onboarding new Telegram channels and webmasters• Managing and developing the partner network• Monitoring traffic quality and campaign volumes• Negotiating with partners to increase volumes• Analyzing the effectiveness of ad creatives and offers
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in affiliate marketing, CPA, or interactive entertainment sectors• Understanding of Telegram traffic specifics and the Uzbekistan market• Excellent communication and sales skills• Ability to quickly identify and scale partners• Proficiency in Russian; Uzbek language is a significant plus
