Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager Tier-2 to work with CIS and Turkey markets in the digital entertainment sector. Your role will involve attracting and developing partner relationships, scaling traffic, and optimizing campaigns to achieve high results.
Key Responsibilities
• Attract new partners and develop relationships with affiliates in the CIS and Turkey markets;• Manage the affiliate portfolio: discuss terms, create bonus schemes, motivate;• Track and optimize campaigns based on metrics (FTD, ROI, eCPA, ARPU);• Leverage your own network for quick and measurable results.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in scaling traffic to CIS and Turkey;• Existing base of partners in CIS and Turkey;• Expertise in key traffic channels (PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, social media);• English language B2 level.
