Role Overview
Join an international performance marketing company as an Affiliate Program Manager. This role involves actively developing the partner network, working with European markets, and scaling traffic volumes.
Key Responsibilities
• Search, onboard, and develop new partners• Conduct negotiations and effectively manage partner relationships• Scale traffic volumes and grow existing partnerships• Work with European GEOs: Portugal, Netherlands, Greece, Italy, United Kingdom• Analyze cooperation effectiveness and identify new growth opportunities• Collaborate with internal teams for successful partner launches and support
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Program Manager• Practical experience working with European GEOs (Portugal, Netherlands, Greece, Italy, United Kingdom)• Proven skills in finding, onboarding, and developing partners• Self-reliance, initiative, and results-orientation• Strong communication and negotiation skills
