Role Overview
We are seeking a Team Lead to join an international nutraceutical company operating across Europe and Latin America. This role involves leading a team and developing partner relationships to scale traffic.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of 3–4 Affiliate Managers
• Hire, onboard, and mentor the team
• Develop relationships with webmasters and partners
• Scale traffic and optimize performance
• Support new launches and resolve partner issues
• Attend industry conferences
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Team Lead
• 1–2+ years of experience in the nutraceutical industry
• International partner management experience
• Strong knowledge of Facebook and SEO traffic acquisition
• English B2+ proficiency
• Ukrainian and Russian C1+ proficiency
• European market experience is a plus
