Role Overview
An international product company in the digital entertainment sector is seeking an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to develop the affiliate direction in the Polish market. This role involves team management, identifying and developing partners, and monitoring key traffic metrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing the affiliate direction;• Searching, onboarding, and developing partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers);• Monitoring traffic quality and key metrics (FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV);• Conducting negotiations on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models;• Analyzing the effectiveness of the partner network, identifying new growth points, and scaling GEOs;• Participating in team development and internal processes;
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working in a product company within the digital entertainment sector;• Mandatory experience working with capper / influencer / streamer traffic;• Experience developing an affiliate network in the Poland GEO;• Deep understanding of FTD, Regs, LTV, ROI, baseline, and wager;• Experience working with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models;• Experience managing a team and achieving KPIs;• Polish and English languages - B2 level or higher;
