Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist who can analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement AI solutions that deliver tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze processes and identify areas for AI automation
• Design and implement AI agents, RAG/QA systems, and automated workflows
• Integrate AI with CRM, knowledge bases, internal services, and other tools
• Work with APIs, AI platforms, and no-code/low-code solutions
• Document solutions and assist the team in implementing new tools
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of practical experience in AI Automation / AI Integration / process automation
• Experience in creating AI agents, RAG systems, and business automations
• Understanding when to use AI agents, RAG, chatbots, or classical automation
• Experience working with APIs and modern AI tools
• Ability to independently create and launch working solutions
• Plus: Experience implementing AI in real business processes
• Plus: Integrations with CRM and corporate systems
• Plus: Knowledge of modern AI frameworks
