Role Overview
Seeking an experienced AML Officer or Head of AML to establish and develop the Anti-Money Laundering function within a crypto payment product. This role involves responsibility for security, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of AML processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Building the AML function, setting up KYC/KYT and transaction monitoring
• Working with AML providers, sanction screenings, and STR/SAR
• Optimizing AML rules, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in AML/Compliance in crypto
• Experience with Chainalysis / TRM Labs / Elliptic, KYC platforms
• Knowledge of Travel Rule, MiCA, SQL
• English language proficiency at B2 level
