Anti-Fraud Specialist

• Conduct scheduled checks of partner traffic to identify incentivized traffic, fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, traffic overflow between partners, and low-quality traffic.• Prepare analytical reports with clear conclusions and recommendations for each case or partner.• Formulate final resolutions based on audit results.• Maintain case history, record decisions made, and coordinate actions with relevant teams.• Close interaction with other departments (affiliate, financial, legal, analytical, etc.).• Participate in optimizing internal anti-fraud processes: developing and implementing new tools, automating analytics, and improving traffic quality control efficiency.

• Experience in the digital entertainment sector for 1+ year in roles such as anti-fraud analyst, affiliate manager, or payment verification specialist.• Deep understanding of performance marketing models and key metrics (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, ROI, GGR, NGR, etc.).• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel, CRM systems; preferably with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).• Confidence in working with numbers, ability to identify causal relationships and risks in user and partner behavior.• A team player with a high level of responsibility and initiative.• Interest in developing anti-fraud processes, automating analytics, and implementing new solutions.
