Role Overview
We are looking for an attentive and diligent Assistant to Head of Content for a remote position. This role involves supporting the Head of Content in daily operational tasks related to video material creation and management, as well as document organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Translating video materials using AI tools• Compiling tables for video shooting organization• Performing minimal video editing in CapCut according to provided instructions• Transferring video and media materials upon request• Searching for necessary information• Documenting instructions in Notion• Assisting with the organization of work-related documents• Executing operational tasks as requested by the manager
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working in white verticals (performance marketing)• Attention to detail and high level of diligence• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets• Basic CapCut skills or willingness to learn quickly• Ability to work with Notion or readiness to learn it• Responsibility and strong organizational skills
