Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Bonus Manager with 1+ years of experience to manage bonus campaigns and user retention strategies within the interactive entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Create bonus mechanics, configure accrual conditions and limits
• Launch CRM communications (Email, Push, Pop-up, Telegram) and triggers within the CRM system
• Participate in A/B tests, collect metrics, and optimize bonus strategy
• Delegate tasks to Junior specialists
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working with CRM platforms and audience segmentation
