Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our network of payment partners. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding aggregators and payment providers operating with the Russian market, as well as optimizing payment processing and traffic routing.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and onboard aggregators and payment providers working with the Russian Federation
• Partner evaluation: processing quality, stability, volumes
• Conduct negotiations: terms, rates, commercial model
• Launch integrations in collaboration with the technical team
• Support and develop partner relationships
• Monitor processing quality (issuance, stability, uptime)
• Optimize connections and traffic routing
Requirements & Qualifications
• Practical experience in payments / processing
• Experience working with aggregators and providers operating with the Russian Federation
• Understanding of Russian processing specifics (banks, routes, restrictions)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to bring partners to a stable result
