Role Overview
We are a major international payment provider, actively strengthening our CIS operations, and are looking for a Business Development Manager with deep expertise in RUB payment solutions to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Market analysis and strategic planning
• Proactive search, negotiation, and development of partnerships
• Collaboration with trading teams
• Interaction with internal cross-functional teams (KAM, Sales)
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working in a high-risk payment system as a BDM/Payment Manager or as a leader of trading teams
• Deep expertise in the Russian payment industry market
• Established network within the sector
• Proactive, independent, with strong negotiation skills
• Residing outside the Russian Federation
