Role Overview
An international digital entertainment team focused on growth and scaling its partner network. Characterized by fast processes, minimal bureaucracy, and strong expertise in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Searching for and attracting new advertisers.
• Developing and retaining current partners.
• Improving cooperation terms and conducting negotiations.
• Analyzing and optimizing project conversions.
• Working with key metrics: EPC, GEO, brands.
• Reconciling accounts with advertisers.
• Maintaining regular reporting (weekly / monthly).
• Technical integration of partners.
• Identifying and implementing growth opportunities in collaboration with clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working in the Digital Entertainment industry.
• Analytical mindset and strong data handling skills.
• Understanding of traffic, metrics, and conversion.
• Experience with CPA / RS / Hybrid models.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Understanding the differences between SEO, ASO, and FB traffic.
