Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence in international markets. You will be responsible for identifying and developing local partners, building payment infrastructure, and launching new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Searching for and developing local partners in international markets• Building and developing payment infrastructure• Conducting negotiations with banks, payment partners, and government organizations• Researching new markets and launching new initiatives• Developing monetization schemes and fostering existing partnerships
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in Business Development, partnership development, or B2B sales• Ability to make independent decisions and achieve results• Strong negotiation skills and experience building long-term relationships with partners• English language proficiency (B2 level or higher)• Experience in FinTech, Payments, or High-Risk sectors• Experience working with markets in LATAM, Africa, or Southeast Asia
