Role Overview
We are an independent performance marketing team that was previously part of a large holding. Today, we operate as a standalone project with our own infrastructure, strategy, and aggressive scaling plans. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our current bizdev team and take responsibility for developing advertisers and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting negotiations with advertisers and partners
• Working with an active base of advertisers (reactivation, development, scaling)
• Hunting and attracting new partners
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships
• Coordinating interaction between teams (buying, affiliate, product)
• Independently managing deals from first contact to results
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing team within the digital entertainment sector as a BDM
• Experience working with traffic sources: FB / Meta, In-app
• Experience working with Tier-1 and/or Tier-3 geos (Africa is a plus, but not mandatory)
• English language: B1–B2 and above
• A plus: Experience attending relevant international conferences
• A plus: Mobility and willingness to travel on business trips
