Role Overview
We are a rapidly growing SEO company specializing in digital entertainment. With 7 years in the market and a team of over 140 professionals, we double our headcount annually. We collaborate with major advertisers globally. Our team operates fully remotely and is distributed. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (SEO).
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with the existing advertiser base
• Negotiate and close deals for SEO traffic (CPA, RevShare, and other models)
• Rotate brands on project showcases, monitor conversion rates
• Reconcile and control timely payments from advertisers
• Identify and onboard new advertisers, expanding the partner base
• Test new products (weekly brand rotation on projects)
• Participate in industry conferences
• Collaborate with SEO teams on new project launches
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Partnership / Affiliate marketing within the digital entertainment industry
• Specific experience working with SEO traffic — knowledge of its specifics and metrics (FTD, CPA, RevShare)
• Experience in negotiating SEO deals with advertisers
• Understanding of reconciliation processes, payments, and financial control
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages
