Role Overview

A rapidly growing payment system provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its partner network (aggregators and providers), with a strong focus on the Russian market. This is not a typical BD role; it involves full-cycle management of the direction: from partner search to launch, control, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for and connect with aggregators and payment providers operating in the Russian Federation• Evaluate partners: processing quality, stability, volumes• Conduct negotiations: terms, rates, commercial model• Launch integrations in collaboration with the technical team• Support and develop partners• Monitor processing quality (issuance, stability, uptime)• Optimize connections and traffic routing

Requirements & Qualifications

• Practical experience in payment systems / transaction processing• Experience working with aggregators and providers operating in the Russian Federation• Understanding of Russian transaction processing specifics (banks, routes, restrictions)• Strong negotiation skills• Ability to guide partners to stable results• Experience in complex transaction processing (a plus)• Existing network of contacts among aggregators / providers (a plus)
