Role Overview
We are actively developing our affiliate direction in the financial services sector and are looking for a Business Development Manager. This specialist will be responsible for expanding the partner network, attracting new traffic sources, and scaling performance marketing volumes in CIS markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Search, attract, and onboard new partners• Develop the existing partner base and increase traffic volumes• Purchase and sell traffic through partner and direct agreements• Conduct negotiations on rates, terms, and volumes• Analyze traffic quality and key performance metrics• Optimize acquisition costs and increase ROI• Monitor the market, competitors, and new traffic sources• Participate in the development of the affiliate strategy
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in affiliate marketing, business development, traffic acquisition, or sales for 1-2 years• Negotiation skills and ability to develop partner relationships• Understanding of traffic sources and monetization logic• Proactivity, independence, and results-orientation• Experience in CIS markets• Advantageous: understanding of CPA/CPL models and performance marketing• Advantageous: experience with digital/fintech/lead generation products• Advantageous: existing partner base
