Role Overview

The company is seeking a Business Trainer to develop its commercial unit. The primary goal is to build an effective system for onboarding and training B2B sales professionals, enhance team performance, and positively impact key sales metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and training for new sales managers;• Develop skills of existing employees: negotiations, objection handling, product presentation;• Listen to calls and conduct debriefs with feedback;• Develop and update training programs and materials;• Conduct certifications and evaluate training effectiveness;• Monitor the application of new skills in employee work;• Generate training reports and performance dynamics;• Collaborate with the Head of People Development;• Coordinate training schedules with department heads.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a business trainer or sales trainer;• Experience in training sales managers, lead generation, and headhunting;• Deep understanding of B2B sales and long sales cycles;• Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, working with decision-makers, needs identification);• Experience in conducting online trainings and individual debriefs;• Skills in designing training programs;• Ability to measure training effectiveness through metrics and results;• Personal successful experience in B2B sales;• Experience with remote work.Tools:• CRM systems (Bitrix24, amoCRM or similar);• IP telephony and call analysis services;• Zoom and online learning platforms;• Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and tools for preparing training materials.
