Requirements & Qualifications
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2+). • Additional foreign language is a plus. • Confident, pleasant voice and no fear of communication. • Readiness to work with clients and data. • Experience in sales or a call center is welcome but not mandatory – the main thing is drive and a willingness to learn. • Responsibility, self-control, and a focus on results.
