Role Overview
An international company in affiliate marketing, successfully operating for many years, is currently in an active growth phase. We are looking for a CBDO / Head of Sales to lead the Business Development team and help scale the partner network in the global market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop the partner network and attract new advertisers. • Lead the BDM team and oversee the full work cycle. • Participate in forming the commercial strategy and scaling the department. • Develop relationships with existing and new partners, continuously seeking new growth sources. • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as CBDO, Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, or Team Lead BDM. • Experience in CPA networks, interactive entertainment vertical. • Experience working with advertisers and affiliate programs. • Successful experience managing a sales or business development team. • Experience participating in international conferences and negotiating with key partners. • Understanding the full BDM work cycle: from client search and acquisition to support and development of cooperation. • High motivation for financial results and business development. • English language for negotiations with international partners (advantage). • Strong experience in independently attracting large clients and scaling revenue (advantage).
