Role Overview
We are a team of 100+ specialists, actively developing our own portfolio of search engine optimized websites and various digital products. We are looking for a CEO with a strong background in search engine optimization to take over the operational management of the company and, together with the owner, be responsible for the further scaling and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the company's and project portfolio's development strategy. • Efficiently manage P&L, budgets, and unit economics. • Build and optimize organizational structure, business processes, and KPI/OKR systems. • Lead department heads and teams. • Oversee and prioritize search engine optimization initiatives and projects. • Identify new growth opportunities and launch new business directions. • Integrate AI and automation into operational processes. • Gradually transition operational management from the owner to the CEO.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in search engine optimization with proven results and case studies. • Experience managing a company or a large business unit. • Proficiency in P&L management and leading large teams. • Strong skills in finance, business processes, and scaling operations. • Systematic approach and data-driven decision-making ability. • Readiness to work in Kazakhstan. • A plus would be: experience with a portfolio of search engine optimized websites or affiliate projects, knowledge of international markets, MBA / Executive MBA degree.
