Role Overview

We are a young and rapidly growing IT company that is transforming customer communication through advanced AI technologies. If you want to be part of a team actively shaping the future of business, join us! We are looking for a strong commercial leader — a General Manager (GM) for our flagship project. This role involves direct management of a team of 4 department heads, with the overall division comprising over 100 people. You will have full responsibility for the P&L and commercial results of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Full control over the project's P&L. Develop and execute plans to increase revenue, optimize costs, and improve profitability. • Formulate and implement the project's growth and scaling strategy. Develop a unique value proposition for B2B clients in a competitive market. • Personally participate in negotiations with major B2B clients: defend commercial terms, conclude, and retain strategic contracts. • Build effective operations for a cross-functional team (sales, product, marketing, technical support). Make key personnel decisions: hiring, development, motivation, rotation. • Daily business management in conditions of high uncertainty. Control operational, regulatory, and reputational risks. • Regular, clear, and transparent communication with the COO and business owners: provide reports on financial and operational metrics, key risks, and plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience managing an IT / digital project as a business with full P&L responsibility (revenue, margin, growth, team) for 2+ years in positions such as CEO / General Manager / Head of Business Unit. • Direct experience working with B2B clients and contracts, conducting complex negotiations on price and terms. • Experience in the interactive entertainment / sports analytics industry is mandatory. • Experience launching or scaling a product and managing a cross-functional team (sales, product, tech). • Ability to plan, analyze, and control all financial indicators of a business unit. • B2B negotiations in English (B2+/C1 level): Ability to independently conduct commercial negotiations with international clients. • Strategic and operational management: Skill in transforming strategy into concrete plans, KPIs, and daily team actions. • Team management and decision-making: Ability to hire, motivate, and, if necessary, replace key employees. Readiness to make unpopular personnel decisions. • Ability to make informed decisions in conditions of uncertainty, rapidly changing regulations, and high risks. • High stress resistance and composure. • Strong focus on results and financial outcomes. • Responsibility and ownership mentality. • Toughness, demanding nature, and decisiveness in defending business interests. • Structured and clear communication.
