Role Overview
Seeking a Chat Sales Lead for a remote position. This role involves monitoring chat operators' performance, ensuring SLA compliance, and daily communication with Asian teams to maintain high engagement and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor local chat operators in real-time and control their SLA for responses.• Timely remind and motivate operators when there are delays in responding to clients.• Daily communication with local teams in Asia to ensure high engagement and quick resolution of issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Advanced level of English (B2+ spoken and written) for confident daily communication.• High attention to detail, assertiveness, and follow-up control skills.• Experience in the interactive entertainment industry is NOT required - motivated candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
