Role Overview

We are an international digital entertainment company collaborating with major gaming platform operators globally. We are currently seeking a strong Chief Business Development Officer for our partnership division to scale existing relationships and enhance engagement with new advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the current portfolio of 20–25 advertisers. • Lead a team of two specialists and coordinate work with adjacent departments. • Develop long-term relationships with new gaming platform operators at the business owner and top management level. • Conduct negotiations, understand operator business metrics, and communicate effectively with them. • Continuously improve mechanisms for attracting new advertisers. • Analyze current partner interaction processes and implement best practices from personal experience. • Establish efficient information flows within the company, maintain CRM, structure processes, and ensure transparency across all partnership activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ideally, experience working from both sides: from the product side in a Head of Affiliate / Affiliate Manager role, and from a performance marketing / user acquisition team with direct interaction with advertisers. • Experience working with large international digital entertainment brands. • Understanding of partner program economics: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, LTV, traffic quality, and operator approaches to affiliate evaluation. • Experience in building and developing teams. • Experience participating in relevant international conferences and a developed network of industry contacts.
